Property search service
Whilst VAT will be applied to all CON29 R and O searches, received on or after 1 January 2017, there will be no initial change in the Council’s charges. The Council will, however, be reviewing its charges and prior notification will be issued should a change be proposed.

In light of the Statutory Instrument 2010 Number 1812 being revoked on 17 August 2010 and the requirement to provide register viewing information upon request via Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) requirements.
