You can book itravel via App, website or by telephone.

You can book an itravel trip up to 20 minutes before you wish to travel (depending on availability) and up to 30 days in advance. We recommend booking in advance where possible to avoid disappointment.
If using the itravel app, you will be able to track the minibus 20 minutes before your pick-up time. You will then have real-time updates of the vehicle’s progress. You will also receive notifications via the app to let you know when your vehicle is nearby. Please ensure push notifications have been enabled for the itravel app.
If you have booked by the website or by the call centre, you will receive text notifications of the vehicles’ progress.
itravel will endeavour to always get you on the move when you need us. If it is not possible to meet your request, we will offer you a choice of alternative times.
You can cancel your journey free of charge up to 30 minutes before your pick up time.

Yes, English National Concessionary Travel Scheme Passes are accepted on itravel services.
Yes, our minibuses are accessible, and can accommodate one wheelchair. Please advise us when booking your journey.
Yes, you can take a pushchair on the bus, but you may need to fold it if the bus is busy as we need to keep the aisle of the bus clear for safety reasons.
itravel operates from 7am to 7pm on Mondays to Fridays. We regret that itravel services do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
