This privacy notice is designed to help you understand how we use personal information when delivering our room booking service. It includes the services covered, the information we will use to deliver the services, who we will share it with, and how long we will keep it.

Cheshire West and Chester Council provide rooms in libraries and community centres which are available to hire by the public. This online booking system allows users to check availability, make enquiries, book and pay for rooms they wish to hire.

Whenever you get in touch with us either in person, by phone or online, we need to collect certain information to ensure we can provide the best possible support. In practice, this means that your personal information will be retained for the relevant period listed below dependant on our involvement with you:

If we need to use your information for statistics or reports, your information will be anonymised.
