Adult social care outcome framework (ASCOF)
Adult social care outcome framework (ASCOF) is a national set of measures used to benchmark data for areas of priority within adult social care services. Information includes people’s rating of their quality of life, admissions to care homes and reablement services.
Service User and Carer Surveys
Service user surveys (annual) and carer surveys (every two years) help to understand more about how services are affecting lives to enable choice, for informing service development, and to understand more about carers and their balance of life alongside their caring role.
Client level data (CLD)
Client level data (CLD) is a new statutory return that details the different events for a person using adult social care services. Data on long term users and assessments are published quarterly, with more statistics being developed.
