Just 9 per cent of adults reported that they smoked cigarettes - this is down from 13 per cent in 2020-21.

83 per cent of people aged 65 and over were still at home 91 days after being discharged from hospital, up from 69 per cent in the previous year.

Our support service for people who need to short term help to re-learn daily activities after an illness, injury or health deterioration helped ensure that 85 per cent of new clients did not need ongoing support. This is an increase from 71 per cent in the previous year.

Supported 93.6 per cent of adults with a learning disability to live in their own home or with their family, an increase of 1 per cent from the previous year.

More than 5,000 people accessed long term support in 22/23 (residential, nursing or community support).
