Rows fire protection
We are committed to conserving the rich heritage in Chester City Centre.
The fire protection on Chester's Rows has been upgraded, to provide an 'early warning' in the event of a fire. Charles Thomas Heritage Fire Protection Specialists delivered the innovative solution, working alongside Heritage Architects, Donald Insall Associates, Heritage Contractor, Recclesia, and several other consultants.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Businesses can opt into the new Fire protection system (at a cost) strengthening their current system and proving additional protection to this unique asset. This will include your business being ‘monitored’ by the Town Hall CCTV Control Room, with the potential of deploying the fire & Rescue Service at the sign of a fire.
