Applications for 2023/24 are now closed
A new Household Support Fund (HSF) was announced by the UK government in the Budget on Wednesday 6 March. The HSF will cover the period from April 2024 to September 2024. Further information will be added to these pages once full details of the scheme have been finalised.
As part of the household support fund, we'll be allocating £15 per week for every pupil who receives free school meals. This extra financial support ensures children have food during the school holiday periods.
You do not need to apply for the school holiday food vouchers, as schools across Cheshire West and Chester will provide the vouchers to eligible families before each of the following school holiday periods:
2023 school holiday food vouchers
- Easter break
- May half term break
- 6 week summer break
- October half term break
- Christmas break

- February half term break
