Alternative payment methods
Pay using our touchtone phone payment facility by debit or credit card: 0300 123 7029 (24-hour service).
Alternatively, you can phone our Customer Service team on 01244 972052. Opening hours are Mon - Thursday: 8am - 5pm, Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Quote your Customer Number and the Invoice Number you wish to pay, and have your credit/debit card to hand when you call.
Pay at a Post Office or PayPoint
You can pay over the counter at any Post Office. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or debit card. You will need your bill, as it has a barcode that the Post Office will need to scan.
Alternatively, you can pay at a local shop or supermarket that displays a PayPoint sign. Remember to bring along your bill, as it has a barcode that will be scanned at the PayPoint outlet.
You can pay your ongoing invoices by Direct Debit, including Adult Social Care invoices. Please contact us on 01244 972685 to arrange payments.
Online Banking or Standing Order
If you would like to set up a Standing Order, please contact your bank or log onto your personal on-line banking facility, the details you will need are sort code (30-91-92) and Bank Account number (02895329). Please ensure you quote the Invoice Number as a reference number.
