Financial assessment calculator

Once you have completed the online calculator, you will have the option to submit this to us. You should only do this if you have had your care needs assessment completed, which has indicated that you are eligible for care services.

If you only want to see the estimated cost you might need to pay towards your care, you can still use the calculator and you do not need to submit the information to us at the end of the process.

What can the calculator be used for?

The calculator can be used in two ways:

• To obtain an indicative calculation of what charges you may have to pay should you start to receive care services (your information is not shared with us at this point).
• To submit your financial information to us in the form of a financial assessment. This is following a care needs assessment being carried out, that has identified eligible care needs that will be met by us arranging care services to support you. This includes the provision of a Direct Payment.

Should you require any support to complete the online financial assessment you can contact our Client Finance team.

If you require support in-person you will need to make an appointment which will be at The Portal in Ellesmere Port. It is important that you take all the required information / documents with you to the appointment in order to fully complete your form.
