Local safeguarding adults board annual conference

’Its never too late’ – Domestic abuse in older people

The Local Safeguarding Adults Board (LSAB) annual conference was held for front line practitioners, board members, managers, and formal carers/support staff. The aim of our conference was to develop a better understanding of the complexity of the issues surrounding domestic abuse on adults over 65.

Speakers included Dr Hannah Bows (Associate Professor in criminal law), Durham University
