Paying your rent
Overview
Your rent is the most important household bill you will need to pay and should always take priority over your other household bills. There are many different ways to pay your rent from direct debit through to making a payment over the telephone.
The quickest way to pay your rent or leaseholder charges is online, using your tenancy number, which can be found on any documentation you have been sent about your rent.

MyTenancy+ is the one of the quickest ways for you to contact us, manage your rent account, track home repairs 24/7, and more.
You can access your account online, or via the app on your phone.
Direct Debit or Standing Order
Arrange for your bank to make weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments via direct debit of standing order. You can contact us to discuss setting up a direct debit.
PayPoint or Post Office
Using your payment card, you can make payment at any outlet displaying the PayPoint sign or Post Office. A list of PayPoint outlets in the area can be found using the locator tool on the PayPoint website.
Telephone
If you wish to make a payment via the phone please use our automated telephone payment system on 0300 123 7029, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please remember you will need to quote your account number.
