Paying your rent

MyTenancy+

Please note: if your property was previously managed by ForHousing, from Wednesday 1 April 2026 it will be managed by Cheshire West and Chester Council, and you’ll need to re‑register for our new app MyTenancy+.

Our new MyTenancy+ app will be available soon.

MyTenancy+ is the fastest way for you to contact us, manage your rent account, track home repairs 24/7, and more.

Coming soon for our Council Housing Management Service tenants our tenant app/portal for viewing rent statements, adding people to your tenancy, reporting repairs, raising neighbourhood issues, and accessing a range of other services such as:

  • manage your rent account
  • report and track home repairs
  • report issues within your neighbourhood
  • make changes to your tenancy, including giving notice
  • update the details we hold about you
  • give us feedback and suggestions

It’s quick and easy to set up an account. You will need:

  • your details including an email address that you currently use
  • your tenancy reference number, that can be found on a letter you have received from us

If you want to reset your password, or delete your account, you will need to contact us.

Moving house

If you move house, you will automatically lose access to the information about your house. You can read more about how we use your personal data in our privacy policy.
