Other ways to pay

Direct Debit

This is the easiest way to pay your rent. Payments can be made weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. Just choose a regular payment day and your payment will automatically be collected from your bank. You can contact ForHousing on 0300 123 55 22 to set up a Direct Debit or complete the form and they will contact you.

This is the ForHousing mobile app that can be downloaded in the App Store or Play Store on your mobile. It’s the fastest and easiest way to manage your rent account, make payments, report & track repairs and more.

PayPoint or Post Office

Using your payment card, you can make payment at any outlet displaying the PayPoint sign or Post Office. A list of PayPoint outlets in the area can be found using the locator tool on the PayPoint website.

You can use the automated telephone payment system on 0300 123 7029 (normal network charges apply), using your credit or debit card or you can contact ForHousing on 0300 123 55 22.
