Tickets
Please note: From 28 September Park & Ride services will be extended to operate between Wrexham Road, Boughton Heath and Upton (Chester Zoo). The Upton Park and Ride will operate as a shuttle services to/from the Chester Bus Interchange via the Countess of Chester Hospital.
Strict safety measures have been put in place to protect both our customers and staff, including perspex screens to separate passengers from the drivers, compulsory wearing of a face mask and contactless payments only.

You can now make contactless payments. It is a fast, easy and secure way to pay for tickets that are under £45. You can currently buy the all-day return ticket using contactless, but we will soon be launching the Park and Ride app allowing you to purchase a range of tickets.
If you are making a contactless payment, simply board the bus and tap your card or device onto the reader.
Tickets are also available from machines near the bus stop at each car park.

Cost
Parking is free. Fares cost just £2 (return) per adult and under 16s can travel free if accompanied by a paying adult. Our machines take card payments and cash.
Offers and promotions
A day return will cost just £2.
There is no need to drive and risk not finding a parking space, only to pay more than the cost of our ticket for parking.
You will need to scan your ticket as you board the bus in both directions to and from the Countess of Chester.
