You can now make contactless payments. It is a fast, easy and secure way to pay for tickets that are under £30. You can currently buy the all-day return ticket using contactless, but we will soon be launching the Park and Ride app allowing you to purchase a range of tickets.
If you are making a contactless payment, simply board the bus and tap your card or device onto the reader.
Tickets are also available from machines near the bus stop at each car park.

Parking is free. Tickets cost £2 (return) per adult and under 16s can travel free if accompanied by a paying adult. Our machines take card payments and cash.
Saver tickets are available for frequent travellers. You can get six return tickets for the price of five (£10). Concessionary travel schemes are unavailable on the Park and Ride Service. You can visit our Concessionary travel page for more information.

To support our parking strategy, help improve air quality, reduce city centre congestion and boost our local economy we offer free travel during this time.
Please use the pay station machines and select the free travel ticket. The machine will issue the ticket and you will not need to pay. Present and scan your ticket on board the bus as usual.
Countess of Chester Hospital promotion £1 ticket
In partnership with the Countess of Chester Hospital, we have released a special ticket. Our service (PR1) drops you directly outside the hospital.
There is no need to drive and risk not finding a parking space, only to pay more than the cost of our ticket for parking.
You will need to scan your ticket as you board the bus in both directions to and from the Countess of Chester.
