Proposal to introduce a permanent increase in the age range of Frodsham Church of England Primary School

Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 and The School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013 that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Frodsham Church of England Primary School, School Lane, Overton, Frodsham, WA6 6AF, from the point of decision.
The Council propose to permanently increase the age range of Frodsham Church of England Primary School extending the age range of the school to 2-11.
The current age range of the school is 4-11 and the proposed permanent increase of the age to 2-11 is proposed to take effect from the point of decision, made by Children and Families cabinet member.
