Ordering certificates
How long will it take?
Postal delays: We are aware that there have been delays with postal services recently, with certificates taking longer to arrive by post than usual.
Standard
Please allow five working days from placing your order for certificates to be produced and be ready for collection or posting.
Priority
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will normally be available for collection or posting after 24 hours.
Orders received after 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will normally be processed and available for collection or posting after 12 noon the following working day.
Priority certificates are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class.
