Please note that calls to 0300 numbers are charged at local rates whether from landlines or mobile phones. They are included as part of any inclusive minutes or discounts.
Emergency at your home
If you have an emergency at your home and need to speak to someone urgently, our out of hours team is available on 0300 123 7724.
For Police emergencies call 999 or if you need to report a non-urgent matter to the local Police, please call 101.
If you can smell gas, or suspect a gas leak, always call National Grid on 0800 111 999 (anytime day or night).
