MyAccount+
From Wednesday 1 April 2026 Cheshire West and Chester Council tenants will be able to use the MyAccount+ app for viewing rent statement, adding people to your tenancy, reporting repairs, raising neighbourhood issues, and accessing a range of other services.
Please note: if your property was previously managed by ForHousing, please note that from Wednesday 1 April 2026 it will be managed by Cheshire West and Chester Council, and you’ll need to re‑register your account to continue using MyAccount+.
With MyAccount+ you will be able to:
- manage your rent account
- report home repairs
- report issues within your neighbourhood
- make changes to your tenancy, including giving notice
- update the details we hold about you
Further information about accessing or re-registering for an account will be provided on this web page from Wednesday 1 April.
