Status of current encampments
Below is a list of unauthorised encampments in the Cheshire and Warrington area. These are shown by Council area.
Each unauthorised encampment is given a name based on where it was first reported. The exact location of the encampment may be somewhere nearby. Similarly, there may be a slightly different number of caravans reported when the group first arrive. There is a procedure for dealing with encampments and the information is updated as this progresses. If you have checked the list below and want to tell us about a new encampment, please use our reporting form.
Warrington
- Arrived: 06 August 2026
- Current Status: Section 77 is being served on the group, for them to vacate the land by 9am on Monday the 10th of August
- Notes: Council Land.

- Current Status: The group have left the location.
- Notes: Believed to be Council Land.
