Landlord Incentive Project
The Landlords Incentive Project (LIP) is in addition to the new PRS Service.
LIP aims to increase access to new private rented sector tenancies for vulnerable adults, including rough sleepers, and those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Additional incentives are offered to landlords who can provide good quality and affordable one-bed or bedsit accommodation in any part of the borough including Chester, Ellesmere Port, Northwich and Winsford. We would ideally like tenants to be offered a 12-month tenancy.
The project will also help tenants pay for white goods, furniture, and other items they may need to maintain a successful tenancy.
