Once we receive a report, we'll investigate it within 10 working days so that we can decide on the urgency and type of work involved.
We repair faults as soon as possible, in most cases this will be within five days. Complex faults or problems relating to a third party, for example a problem with the electricity supply, may take longer.

You can check the progress of the report using our status checker, you can also use this to provide an update.
You are also able to report issues using our app.
The app is available for download on the app store for your device. Once you have installed the app you will need to sign up with your email address and you will then be able to report issues.
