Monday 8am - 4pm
Tuesday and Wednesday closed
Thursday and Friday 10am - 6pm
Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm

Winter opening hours, October to March
Monday 8am - 4pm
Tuesday and Wednesday closed
Thursday and Friday 8am - 4pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4pm

Closed: Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day.  On other bank holidays we are open as normal.

Please note:  Please arrive at least 10 minutes before closing as sites will shut down promptly at the designated times. Sites may sometimes close earlier than advertised for safety reasons if it is dark or in bad weather.

Cooking oil, glass bottles, household batteries, paper and plastic bottles can be recycled using your kerbside collection.

Safety and restrictions

We do not accept asbestos, gas cylinders, tyres.

Trailers over 1.5m in length are not permitted.

Vehicles above 3.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight are not permitted. 

Sites may close earlier if dark.

You cannot take waste onto the site by foot.

Do you need a permit?

You no longer need a resident permit for this centre.  We now monitor visits using automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), mystery shoppers and body camera technology.
