Health and Wellbeing Strategy Dashboard
Overview
The new Health and Wellbeing Strategy sets out our vision ‘to reduce inequality, increase years of healthy life and promote improved mental and physical health and wellbeing for everyone in Cheshire West and Chester’. It is a joint Strategy between all Health and Wellbeing Board organisations. It has been developed by a working group including a range of professionals from partner organisations, local residents and people with lived experience of poverty, long term conditions, disability and neurodiversity, and through public engagement and consultation. The Strategy focuses on eight joint priorities and 44 commitments that we will collectively deliver within the next five years to improve health and wellbeing across the borough. This dashboard has been developed to monitor the progress of the Strategy. Each indicator has been linked to one of the Strategy’s eight priorities, along with a set of indicators related to life expectancy. We will track these indicators to see how well the system is improving health and wellbeing and reducing health inequalities in our local population.
