Street Furniture Licence (S115E Installation of object on Highways Land)
Permission to place street furniture on highway land.

Transfer of maintenance of Greenspaces managed land such as a park, community open space or a flower bed to a group.
Community Asset Transfer (CAT)
Taking over publicly-owned land or buildings.
Asset of Community Value (ACV)
Helping protect and maintain important social resources.
