You can pay your BID levy in a number of ways.

Online

Pay online using a debit or credit card through our secure payment service.

Phone

You can pay using our automated telephone payment service. Please call 0300 123 7029 and select option 7.

Please have your 9 digit BID account reference number, that begins with 3000, available. This is different from your Business Rates account number, which the telephone payment service will not accept.

Bank transfer

Payments can be made directly to our bank account:

• Account Number: 02895329
• Sort Code: 30-91-92

Please quote your 9 digit BID account reference number that starts with 3000 when making payment. Please note if the business rates reference number is quoted this will result in the payment being allocated to the business rates account.

Difficulty paying

If you’re experiencing difficulty paying your BID levy, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll discuss the options available and may be able to help before recovery action begins.

If you don’t pay

If payment is missed, we’ll normally send a reminder first. If the account remains unpaid, further recovery action may be taken which could include:

• reminder notices
• court proceedings and recovery costs
• enforcement action

If you’re having difficulty paying, please contact us as early as possible.
