We provide ranks where Hackney Carriages may wait for customers. They are provided where a demand has been identified, such as outside large establishments like hospitals, hotels, night clubs, bus and rail stations or at locations where the public or operators have suggested they would be beneficial.
Ranks can be operational for 24 hours or part time, such as evening only and may be used by Hackney Carriages only.
Alternatively you may wish to pre-book a private hire vehicle through a licenced operator.
