6.10.5 Hanging signs

MUST

Sign hanger brackets must be made from metal

SHOULD

Hanging signs should be no larger than 750mm x 750mm and extend no further than 1 metre.

SHOULD

Signs and brackets should be ornamented in a style typical in the area. The use of garish, takeaway and convenience shop signage should be avoided.
