Cheshire West Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme

The HAF Programme booking system, EEQU, is now open for registering your interest. The system will open for bookings on Thursday 25 June at 4pm.
Programme overview
There will be 87 clubs across the borough, offering a wide range of free activities for eligible children.
Funded by the Department for Education, the programme offers opportunities for children to:

Eligibility and paid places
The HAF Programme primarily supports children eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals (BRFSM) and a free place will be offered automatically (if spaces are available) when the family book. However:
- we aim to support as many children as possible
- many providers now offer paid places, enabling non-eligible children to participate alongside their peers

Cost of living support available
Due to the cost-of-living crisis, you may be worried about the rising cost of energy bills, food, and transport. Or may need help accessing welfare rights, benefits and debt advice, support getting all the money you are entitled to, or simply want to know more about national recent support measures.
Whatever your money worries may be, we have put together some useful information to help. Our cost of living pages include a wealth of information around our HELP Scheme, Crisis Resilience Fund (CRF) and much more. Applications for summer holiday payments will open on Tuesday 30 June and close on Monday 31 August, and can be made online.
