Cheshire West Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme

Cheshire West and Chester Council is pleased to announce an exciting programme of free activities and holiday clubs for children eligible for free school meals this Easter half-term,
There will be over 70 clubs across the borough offering a wide range of exciting activities for children, including multisport, arts and crafts, creative sessions, Lego challenges, treasure hunts, encouragement to try new foods, learn new skills, develop a greater understanding of food and nutrition, and enjoy outdoor nature activities such as building bird feeders. Every child attending will receive a free, nutritious meal each day.
Funded nationally by the Department for Education, the HAF Programme enables local organisations to provide free holiday activities and healthy food for eligible children and young people eligible for Benefits Related Free School Meals (BRFSM).
The Council is pleased to share that many of our providers are offering paid places, allowing families who do not meet the eligibility criteria to still take part in activities. Please contact providers
