If you want to organise an event in Cheshire West and Chester, you can apply by submitting an application form.

Events on country parks and open spaces

If you are wanting to hold an event in a country park, you will need to contact our Parks team to discuss availability and venue costs hire. 

If you are wanting to hold a large scale event, we would advise that you contact our Events team to discuss as early as possible. Larger events may require for you to work with our Safety Advisory Group and this process can take up to six months (if not longer).
