Licensing
If your event includes licensable activities, you would be required to obtain one of the following:
Market stalls
If your event includes market stalls (five or more) for retail / goods sold, food or beverage stands you would be required to obtain a markets licence.
To authorise a car boot sale or other occasional market, you can apply on the Gov.UK Website.
It is the responsibility of the individual or organisation managing the event for ensuring that all necessary licences or permits have been obtained well in advance of the event.
