Recycling centres
Social distancing rules are still in place at the recycling centres. Please remember to sort out your recycling into different materials at home. This will be quicker for you to recycle correctly when you go to your nearest recycling site.
Please note: When visiting one of our recycling centres, you will be required to provide proof of residency, for example, a utility bill, bank statement or drivers licence. It is important that site users understand what is expected of them and what standard of service they can receive in return. More information can be found on our code of conduct page.
Proof of residency
- residents must accompany their waste to the recycling centre, regardless of who is transporting it
- hired or unmarked vans may need to provide proof of residency before being granted permission to use the site
- residents will be required to provide proof of residency on request (this should be in the form of a utility bill, bank statement or drivers licence)
Please be aware that access to the recycling sites may be restricted if you are unable to provide proof of residency.
Garden waste
You can recycle your real Christmas tree and garden waste at your recycling centre whilst the kerbside collections are suspended.
Opening times
Opening times for each recycling centre differ, so please view your centre's page to view the details.
