Introduction

The design code is based on a combination of ‘engaging wide’ by using online tools, and ‘engaging deep’ through in-person interviews, events, and drop-in sessions to gather the views of key stakeholders and residents. It reflects the priorities and aspirations of both local communities and Cheshire West and Chester Council.
