Set up a Direct Debit
If you set up a Direct Debit between Monday 9 March 2020 and Thursday 9 April 2020, you will automatically entered into our prize draw for a chance to win £200 Love to Shop vouchers. If you are an existing Direct Debit payer, you will need to enter using our form. The winner will be notified by Thursday 30 April 2020.

The quickest and easiest way to pay is to set up a Direct Debit. Instalments go out each month over the year and will automatically continue when a new year begins. You need to have your bank account details and your Council Tax account reference to hand.
Please note: If you have received a summons, recovery letter or final notice then you have lost your right to pay by instalments. You will need to contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your account.
If you need to amend or change an existing Direct Debit, please email email@example.com with the following information:
- name and address
- Council Tax reference
- new bank details or details of the new payment date
