Meeting room hire charges
We have meeting room spaces in our libraries and community centres which can be hired by community groups and businesses. Spaces are available in Frodsham, Neston, Wharton and Winsford Libraries and Ellesmere Port area community centres.
Fees and charges effective as of 1 April 2026.
- Education Library Service
- Room capacity: 10 – 12 people seated at tables or 20 people sitting in rows
- Per hour charge: £9.75 community rate or £18.50 commercial rate
- Equipment: screen and projector available
