How to display your badge

You must display the badge on the dashboard or fascia panel where it can be clearly read through the front windscreen. If this is not possible, it should be displayed where it can be clearly read from outside the vehicle.

Place the front of the badge upwards showing the hologram. The side showing the photograph should not be visible through the windscreen.

All details on the front of the badge must be legible. If they become illegible through fading or wear and tear, you must return the badge so a new one can be issued. Displaying an illegible badge or incorrectly displaying the badge may result in a Penalty Charge Notice.

Displaying the time clock

You should only display the time clock when you are parking on yellow lines or in a Blue Badge parking bay that has a time limit. You should set the clock to show your time of arrival and display it next to your badge on the dashboard.
