Resident Assistance Point (RAP)
This building is equipped with technology to enable customers to access Council services. Staff are also on hand to provide guidance and advice.
Public computers are only available for use when Customer Service staff are present so please refer to the opening times.
RAP Opening hours
Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 1pm
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3pm - 5pm
- Computers are provided to help residents access Council services and other legitimate online services.
- Users must use the equipment in a lawful and respectful manner. Users must not access, view, download, create, or share material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or likely to cause offence to others.
- Residents must not attempt to alter computer settings, install software, connect unauthorised devices, or take any action that may affect the security or operation of Council systems.
- Users remain responsible for any information entered or received from AI tools/platforms.
- Staff can provide assistance to access Council services and use the equipment but cannot enter customer’s passwords, log into personal banking applications, input banking details online or undertake non council related internets searches on a customer’s behalf.
Please note: we reserve the right to end a session where computer use is inappropriate, breaches these conditions, impacts other users, or poses a risk to Council systems or networks.

We have multiple car parks in Northwich for you to use.
