Council Tax text messaging

We are now sending text messages to help residents manage their Council Tax more easily. These messages will remind you when a payment is due before we send any formal notices.

What to expect:

  • Messages will come from ‘CWC Council'
  • They will include your Council Tax reference number and confirmation of an overdue payment.
  • The message will include instructions to visit our webpage to help you pay and bring your account up to date.
