Discounts and exemptions

You may qualify for the terminally ill discount if:

• you are terminally ill, or
• your partner is terminally ill, or
• a family member in your household is terminally ill

To claim this discount you will need to provide a completed SR1 form (Special Rules 1 - confirming a terminal illness). 

Please send the completed SR1 form to SR1@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk.Making sure to include your full name, home address and the Council Tax account reference if known. If eligible, the discount will be awarded from the date the SR1 form is received by us.
