Skills and employment

Connect to Work (CtW) supports people who have a disability, health condition or complex barriers to work (such as caring responsibilities, lack of access etc). CtW provides intensive employment support for up to 12 months: identifying what work might be suitable for you, speaking to potential employers and finding appropriate vacancies. Depending on your needs we can support you in work once you find a job and ensure your employer helps you stay in work.

 

CtW is also available if you are already in work or self-employed and at risk of falling out of work. Support for working people lasts up to 4 months.
