If you are a rough sleeper

If you are sleeping rough, please contact our Housing Options Team so we can understand your situation and offer support. We can talk to you about your safety, your housing needs, and the options available to help you move away from the streets.

The Forum Outreach Team provides the outreach support work across Cheshire West and Chester on behalf of the council. The team will be out during the early mornings and evenings to find and support people who are rough sleeping. If you are currently sleeping outside, you can also make yourself known to Outreach Workers when they are in your area.

You can also report your location to Street Link, or send an email to outreach@forumhousing.co.uk letting them know where you are which will help the team find you and offer support as quickly as possible.
