A new 20mph speed limit is now in place on residential roads across Winsford
Drivers are being instructed to take things slowly and safely on local roads that see most pedestrian use.
Everyone is vulnerable to the dangers of vehicles that travel too fast. And slowing down just 10 miles an hour from 30 to 20 can mean the difference between life and death for people unfortunate enough to be involved in a road traffic accident.
