Local centre / High street

Urban Neighbourhood

• Flats: 10–40%
• Terraces: 30–100%
• Semi-detached homes: 20–35%
• Detached homes: 5–10% (no more than 5 in a row)

Suburban

• Flats: 0–10%
• Terraces: 30–80%
• Semi-detached homes: 20–50%
