Resident Assistance Points

Overview

Due to a council wide IT upgrade we have slightly altered hours for Monday 23 September.

  • Chester Town Hall 10am – 12.30
  • Winsford 10am – 1pm
  • Ellesmere Port 10am – 5pm 

Resident Assistance Points are equipped with technology to enable customers to access Council services. Staff are also on hand to provide guidance and advice. 

Most services are available online for you to report non urgent enquiries. You can also contact us to make a general enquiry.

Urgent issues

At times when the Contact Centre is closed the usual out of hours service will be available. You can find out more information about our out of hours service on our website.

Examples of urgent issues might include collapsed buildings, flooding, pollution incidents, lost/found dogs, registering a death or fallen trees.
