You can access your Council Tax account information by registering online and using our self-service facility.
Access your Council Tax, business rates or landlord account online
The self-service facility allows you to access:
- any Council Tax payments you have made
- any balances outstanding
- the date your next instalment is due
- copies of any other bills or notices that we have issued
- option to switch from paper bills to bills by email
About setting up your account
As part of the registration process you will need to request a Personal Identification Number (PIN). This will be sent to you in the post. Use the PIN when you login to keep your personal data secure.
Can I use my account to notify the council of a change in circumstances?
The online account facility cannot be used to notify the Council of a change in circumstances, but there is an online form for this:
Council tax bills by email
You can use this service to receive Council Tax or Business Rates bills by email.
After you log into your account, simply click on the eBilling sign-up link on the account summary page. You can also use this facility to update your email address, or revert to paper billing.
