Most services are available online for you to report non urgent enquiries. You can also contact us to make a general enquiry.
If you are unable to access services digitally please call us on 0300 123 8123 and we can look at booking you a prearranged appointment at a council building.
At times when the Contact Centre is closed the usual out of hours service will be available. You can find out more information about our out of hours service on our website.
Examples of urgent/emergency issues might include collapsed buildings, flooding, pollution incidents, lost/found dogs, registering a death or fallen trees.
