The process

Selection of delivery agents

  • Using existing procurement frameworks (Dynamic Purchasing System).

  • Go through evaluation and due diligence process to identify suitable developers who have an accredited track record, e.g. registered providers, and/or seek references from Councils or other commissioning bodies.

  • Those who have an ethos of working partnership with councils or other commissioning bodies.

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Project management of new initiatives.

  • Regularly review progress via contract meetings and adapt strategies as needed to include milestones.

  • Projects will be handed over to our quality team for ongoing quality assurance monitoring.

  • Individual care packages will be reviewed and evaluated by our social work teams.
