The process
Selection of delivery agents
- Using existing procurement frameworks (Dynamic Purchasing System).
- Go through evaluation and due diligence process to identify suitable developers who have an accredited track record, e.g. registered providers, and/or seek references from Councils or other commissioning bodies.
- Those who have an ethos of working partnership with councils or other commissioning bodies.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Project management of new initiatives.
- Regularly review progress via contract meetings and adapt strategies as needed to include milestones.
- Projects will be handed over to our quality team for ongoing quality assurance monitoring.
- Individual care packages will be reviewed and evaluated by our social work teams.
